Delivery Information
Tiles delivered when you need them — simple as that.
We like to keep things straightforward when it comes to delivery. Here’s what you need to know:
Free Delivery on Orders Over £400
If your order totals £400 or more, delivery to the UK mainland is on us.
Orders under £400 will carry a delivery charge, which depends on your location. We'll always confirm the cost before your order is processed.
How We Deliver
We use a mix of our own fleet of delivery vehicles and trusted pallet delivery partners, depending on the size and location of your order. Smaller items may be sent via courier.
Once your order is ready to go, we'll let you know how it's being sent and when you can expect it to arrive.
Kerbside Pallet & Scheduled Deliveries
For larger orders sent via pallet, delivery is kerbside only — that means we’ll deliver to the nearest accessible point outside your property.
We’ll agree a delivery day with you in advance. Please make sure someone is available to accept and help offload if needed. If we can’t deliver as agreed, a redelivery charge (up to £100) may apply.
Delivery is made between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver within five working days of receipt of your order. If however you need your order sooner please just contact us.
Courier Deliveries (Orders Under 50kg)
For smaller orders (like grout, sealants, or sample boxes over 2kg), we’ll usually send by courier. These deliveries also arrive Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, and we aim to get them to you within 3–5 working days.If you're not in, the courier will leave a calling card, or we can arrange to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place — just let us know.
Remote Areas
Delivery to UK mainland is standard — but this excludes areas such as; The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Grampian, Scotland Offshore.

After Delivery
Once your order arrives, please check it over within 24 hours.
Let us know straight away if anything’s missing, incorrect or damaged — we’ll put it right.
