We want you to be happy with your order — but if things aren’t quite right, we’ll do our best to sort it.

Cancelling Your Order

Changed your mind? No problem.

You’ve got 14 days from the day after your delivery arrives to cancel your order. Just let us know in writing (email or letter is fine) within that time:

Told us on the phone? That’s OK, but we’ll still need a written confirmation sent within the 14-day window.

What Can’t Be Cancelled

We’re unable to accept cancellations for:

If the order’s already left our warehouse, you’ll need to arrange and cover the cost of getting it back to us, packed up securely to avoid any damage in transit.

You’re responsible for making sure the goods come back in the same condition they were delivered. If anything comes back damaged due to poor packaging, we may have to deduct that from your refund.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Returns – Up to 60 Days

We get it — sometimes plans change. If you're outside the 14-day cancellation window, we also offer a 60-day returns policy for extra peace of mind.

You can return full, resaleable boxes of the same tiles within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (minus any delivery charges, where applicable).

You'll need to arrange and pay for the return to our Sheffield warehouse, and make sure the goods are well packed to avoid damage.

Please Note:

We can’t refund items that aren’t in a resaleable condition.

We don’t accept returns of discontinued or end-of-line products.

We won’t refund anything returned after the 60-day period.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your return and checked it over, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Simple as that.
