  Q: Do you stock all the tiles displayed in your showrooms and on your website? A: At any time we have £2 million of tiles in stock across our four branches so it’s more than likely that the tiles you see in our showrooms will be available from stock. Browsing online? If a tile is available to Click & Collect then it will be available from stock. While we’d love to hold every tile in each of our warehouses it just isn’t possible so sometimes we may need to transfer tiles from one branch to another, generally this takes 2-3 days.   Q: How long do I have to wait for tiles you don’t have in stock? A: We source our tiles from all over the world so there are different lead times depending on the distance the tiles have to travel. Tiles from UK manufacturers usually take 7-10 days to arrive, whereas tiles from overseas can take approximately 3-4 weeks. A member of our customer service team will be able to advise you more precisely on any waiting periods.   Q: Do you deliver? A: We can provide a local delivery service for larger orders, however, for deliveries outside of our local regions, we will use a nationwide carrier available at an extra cost. For more details visit our delivery page.   Q: How many tiles will I need? A: If a professional tiler is completing your project they will measure up for you and advise how many square metres of tiles you’ll need. If you are looking to estimate yourself you can use our tile calculator, found in the right hand corner on any page of our website.   Q: Do I have to purchase tiles in full boxes? Not if you’re buying a tile we keep in stock, we’re more than happy to split boxes so you can buy the exact number of tiles you need. Only special order items must be ordered and purchased in full boxes quantities. A member of our customer service team can inform you how many tiles are in a box for special order purchases.   Q: Why is it recommended that I purchase more tiles than I actually need? A: We always recommend that you purchase an additional 10% on top of what you need to allow for any wastage and cuts.   Q: What grouts, adhesives, trim, etc will I need? A: There are many factors that determine what grout and adhesive you will need including the type of tile you’ve chosen, where you’re tiling, what surface you’re tiling onto etc. Talk to a member of our customer service team today who can advise you exactly which grouts, adhesives and complimentary products you require to complete your project.   Q: Should I be aware of tile shade variances? A: Only if you are buying more of the same tiles at a later date. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will have the same shade you originally purchased from us in stock. Please ask a member of our customer service team for further details.  Q: Do you offer a NHS, Armed forces and Emergency service discount? Yes we do, providing ID is shown we can give a 15% discount (off list price) to people working in these sectors, just ask a member of staff for further details.  Q: Do you supply a tiling service? A: Unfortunately we don’t supply a tiling service to fix tiles but we can recommend tilers to you, just pop into store or give us a call for more details.   Any other questions?
