Over the last year and a half, home improvements and renovations have become a massive consideration for a record number of people as tourism and much of the leisure sector has been intermittently off limits to most of us. As we have been forced to spend more time at home, it is only natural that we have started to pay more attention to the things that we dislike about our homes.
Here at the Yorkshire Tile Company, our sales team are constantly asked about the best ways to style and mix & match our huge variety of tiles for a beautiful and seamless finish and, while we are always here to offer expert advice, we thought we would provide some visual inspiration from some of our past customers.
While things might be finally starting to get back to normal following over a year of lockdowns and social restrictions, the ongoing coronavirus epidemic is sure to impact on the way we live even after this chapter is over – particularly when it comes to keeping our own homes as clean as possible. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new Lulworth range, our first ever antibacterial tile collection.
Here at Yorkshire Tile Company, we love to see all the fantastic ways in which our customers choose to use our products – whether that be for a kitchen floor and splashback refresh or a complete bathroom renovation. So, we were delighted to see how one of our customers, Roxanne (@ourgreyhaven), used our Terrazzo Albert Ivory, Mass Blanco and Stratford AG tiles to transform her bathroom into an Italian-inspired sanctuary.
It is officially Spring, and this April, we have a few things to celebrate. For starters, we are elated that we are once again able to welcome customers into our showrooms – we’ve missed you! And to make things even better, we can now showcase several new collections that have been added to our extensive range of tiles in our tile store !
We’re always delighted when we can extend our tile range and offer our customers the very best of the products available on the market. So, let’s take a look at the latest additions to the Yorkshire Tile Company.
With Spring sneaking upon us and the nights beginning to get longer and lighter, we are all starting to dream about the day we can spend all of our time back in our gardens – without a care in the world. To set the scene, the sun is shining, and you’ve got your last few months of freedom before the world goes back to normal. You step outside onto your brand-new Terrazzo Albert Earth patio and simply stand and take it all in. You look around your house and see the fresh new tiles that have just been fitted and know that your mind is at peace.
Another year has come to an end which can mean only one thing, Pantone has finally announced what it thinks will be the colour to represent the year ahead! After such a tough year, we are delighted to see that Pantone has selected a bright and uplifting tone as its 2021 Colour of the Year - PANTONE 13-0647 Illuminating.
This sunny, feel-good colour has been matched with the more grounding PANTONE 17-5104 Ultimate Gray to make for a contrasting palette to embody 2021’s upcoming trends. These two colours demonstrate perfectly how two strikingly different hues can come together to enhance one another and create a simultaneous feeling of solidity and optimism.
Great news, the new Yorkshire Tile Company Brochure 2020 is now finished and ready for you to peruse. We have some very exciting and stylish new products to share with you, so if you are thinking about having some home improvements done in the near future, our brochure is filled with stunning tiles and lots of inspiration for interior design ideas.
