Return Policy
The Yorkshire Tile Company are happy to refund any returns (full box quantities only) within 2 months of purchase that are accompanied by the original invoice.
We
do not accept returns on special orders (non-stock items).
Any claims for shortages or damages must be made within 24 hours.
Important: Before fixing tiles, we advise all customers to mix the contents of several boxes to ensure that you have an acceptable blend and that all tiles are suitable, as claims will not be entertained once tiles are fixed.
Samples
You can purchase as many samples as you like to take home (if tile is a stock item) and we will fully refund returned samples, given they are returned within 2 months of purchase and with the original invoice.
