Samples: We are happy for you to purchase individual tiles for sample purposes. A full refund will be given on the return of any samples purchased. Due to the risk of breakage, we do not send samples out by post.

Deposits: Please note that deposits may be required for special order items or for large orders that need to be collected at a later date.
