YTC "Access" All Areas
Posted: 1st April 2005
The YTC have upgraded their operations system to the award winning software 'Access Supplychain', which went live across all four branches for the first time on 1st April 2005.

The new system, replacing the old 'Tracline' software, has been eagerly awaited since it entered its development stages at the YTC in 2004.
Sales Director Chris Morrison comments "Access Supplychain has so many advantages to the old system which will ultimately help us increase customer service and satisfaction. We now have even more functions, analysis tools and traceability of customer orders that can help us manage operations at a level that we have never before been able to reach".
The YTC has also taken on board Access Dimensions, which serves the accounting side of the business.
Originally, the software was called "Madisun" and was created by a company called Pumasoft, before the software giants 'Access' acquired the company during the late months of 2004.
