I am almost at the end of a project to completely refit a bathroom. I obtained all the floor tiles, wall tiles, adhesive, grout from your Armley branch. I must say they were a pleasure to deal with. Helpful whilst we were choosing the tiles and offering useful advice on fitting and recommending types of adhesive to use, thickness of plywood to lay on the floor prior to fitting etc. The tiles were delivered when specified. Towards the end of the project I discovered we had too many of one colour and not enough of another. No problem we phoned up and were told they would have a box of the required colour waiting for us in exchange for the other colour. We drove down within 20 minutes and found the tiles waiting for us. No hassles and people did what they said they would do. What a refreshing change.

About two years ago I bought tiles from your Newcastle branch and found the staff very helpful and the products good value. I have just made another purchase (obviously my previous good experience of dealing with YTC was a key factor). I would just like to put on record my appreciation of the helpful and friendly service received from ALL the staff involved ie. from sales to delivery. Sadly such service is rare these days. I would also like to mention the extra thought shown by 'Jackie' at the Newcastle branch : on my purchase visit I left an important folder on the counter and she thoughtfully worked out that it belonged to me and included it in the delivery package. I will have no hesitation in recommending YTC/Nortile.
