Thank you very much - the trim arrived this morning! Now that is very efficient indeed! I'll be finishing off the Project tomorrow and it's looking very good. Thanks again, look forward to the next tiling project..but it won't be for a while. We certainly won't hesitate recommending YTC to anybody who's needing tiles and stuff.

This is the first time I have felt pleased enough to post my comments on customer service feedback sites. Glenn at the Newcastle store was outstanding! I deliberated for so long as to wall tiles, floor tiles (took his advice and went for the black granite), the bath, sink, taps - he lent me tiles to take home and check in situ and really listened to all my queries and advised and guided me very professionally all the way through. He resolved the suppliers mistakes exceptionally well and very swiftly. He has answered all my emails (and there were many!) and all the staff have made me feel really valued as a customer - almost unheard of these days. All I can say is I wish they did kitchens as that is the next major overhaul and I will be back for some more tiles.

Just a quick note to say how impressed we were with the prompt service we received regarding our floor tile order. It is refreshing these days to find a company who work so efficiently.

Good customer service is not rocket science but unfortunately a very rare commodity these days. I think we are swift to complain if something goes wrong but less likely to say 'thank you' for a job well done. You obviously take great pride in your work and it shows. In these days of gloom and doom where morale is low, it is refreshing to deal with positive pleasant people. Thank you once again.

I am so pleased with receiving such efficient and friendly service that I thought it's worth a mention. I ordered the tiles on the internet through Marc at a very good price, and hired a trailer to transport them all the way up to Aberdeen. The service and help at YTC was absolutely splendid and I have no hesitation in recommending YTC.

I recently bought from you tiles, sink and toilet for my bathroom refurbishment. In these days when everyone feels the need to complain endlessly, I am writing to thank you for the excellent service I have received. The salesperson, Ian Kershaw, couldn't have been more helpful and so was the driver on the day of delivery, which was exactly on time. I wont hesitate to recommend YTC. Thank you.

Myself and my husband visited your store on Saturday the 7th. we were very impressed by your 2 young men. they were extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. it makes a pleasant change to meet young men with a higher outlook on life.

I am almost at the end of a project to completely refit a bathroom. I obtained all the floor tiles, wall tiles, adhesive, grout from your Armley branch. I must say they were a pleasure to deal with. Helpful whilst we were choosing the tiles and offering useful advice on fitting and recommending types of adhesive to use, thickness of plywood to lay on the floor prior to fitting etc. The tiles were delivered when specified. Towards the end of the project I discovered we had too many of one colour and not enough of another. No problem we phoned up and were told they would have a box of the required colour waiting for us in exchange for the other colour. We drove down within 20 minutes and found the tiles waiting for us. No hassles and people did what they said they would do. What a refreshing change.

About two years ago I bought tiles from your Newcastle branch and found the staff very helpful and the products good value. I have just made another purchase (obviously my previous good experience of dealing with YTC was a key factor). I would just like to put on record my appreciation of the helpful and friendly service received from ALL the staff involved ie. from sales to delivery. Sadly such service is rare these days. I would also like to mention the extra thought shown by 'Jackie' at the Newcastle branch : on my purchase visit I left an important folder on the counter and she thoughtfully worked out that it belonged to me and included it in the delivery package. I will have no hesitation in recommending YTC/Nortile.
